returned to Hyderabad after making a trip to New Delhi where he consulted senior Congress leaders on the strategy to checkmate defiant party MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.
Rosaiah has convened an emergency meeting of the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) in Hyderabad this evening to discuss party affairs but suddenly announced his resignation. He announced he will give his resignation letter to the state governor.
